成立於1978年，由林錫金先生所創立，成立資本額伍佰萬元整，為一專業塑膠五金與配電器材製造廠。1988年公司資本額增為壹仟萬元整。1992年，鑑於兩岸的經貿發展與業務需求，於大陸廣東省東莞市常平鎮設立新廠，現有員工約200人。大陸廠並於2005年榮獲SGS ISO9001:2000品質認證通過。
多年來，本公司致力於各種塑膠產品的研發與生產，並與國內外大型企業有豐富的OEM/ODM合作經驗，包括國內東元電機、台安電機、及國外Wal-Mart、Kmart、Target、Springs、Sears等企業。並積極展開全球佈局，我們的產品已陸續榮獲美國UL認證、加拿大CUL認證、以及歐洲CE認證。此外，我們已於2005年初導入綠色供應鏈系統，產品並陸續獲得限用有毒物質(RoHS)測試報告。
目前本公司主要營業項目為高低壓配電器材暨自動控制器材：包括各式端子台、歐規端子台、美規端子台、日系端子台、保險絲座、保險絲、固態繼電器、散熱器與風扇、開關、高低壓礙子、繼電器座、接線座、連接器、鋁軌、鐵軌、固定架及其他各種配件等。我們接受客戶委託之塑膠鋼模設計與製造。其他營業項目則為：窗簾配件、竹地板、吊牌槍、噴槍、清潔器、及各式塑膠五金類產品，以近30年的專業經驗為您提供最寶貴與可靠的服務。

Shining E&E Industrial Co., Ltd., founded in 1978, is a specialized manufacturer and supplier of plastic and electronic components products. We have experienced growth steadily year after year. Since 1992, our oversea factory, which is located in GuanDong Province, China, has been built to support our continuously expanding business. Awarded SGS ISO 9001:2000 certification since 2005.
