公司簡介:

☆        1977 創立，為台灣第一家進口工業用三角帶，也是台灣唯一代理德國OPTIBELT的公司

☆        1980 投資橡膠輸送帶生產工廠

☆        1987 年桃園設立分公司（後來將總公司遷於此處）

☆        1994 年成立台南分公司

☆        1995 年成立台中分公司

☆        1996 年成立嘉義聯絡處，並於新加坡成立第一間海外分公司（C.T.S. Singapore）

☆        1997 公司成立屆滿20週年，購置並擴建台南新廠，專營特種輸送帶、PU同步帶生產

☆        1998 年成立馬來西亞分公司 (C.T.S. Malaysia Sdh. Bhd.)

☆        1999 年併購荷蘭安運隆台灣分公司 (Ammeraal)

☆        2005 年中國青島膠州開始生產A-Flex同步帶輪、三角帶輪與客製化產品

☆         1977 Established Conveyor Transmission Sys Co. Ltd.　We are the first company in Taiwan to import Industrial V-belts and was appointed by Optibelt of Germany as the sole agent.

☆         1980 Invested in rubber conveyor belt factory.

☆         1987 Taoyuan branch office established (current head office).

☆         1994 Tainan branch office established.

☆         1995 Taichung branch office established.

☆         1996 Chiayi branch office established.  Also first overseas office was established in Singapore

☆         1997 Celebrated 20 years anniversary and expanded Tainan factory with a new building, specializing in conveyor belts and PU timing belts.

☆         1998 Malaysia branch office established

☆         1999 Incorporated Ammeraal Taiwan to Conveyor Transmission Sys

☆         2005 Established Qingdao (China) office and factory, manufacturing V-belt pulleys, taper bushes, timing belt pulleys and all customized products under our own brand “A-Flex”
