Compared to conventional products UNION high temperature abrasive (HTA) nylon brushes are proven to withstand long-term usage without filament breakage or damage.
HTA nylon filaments are manufactured from polyamide with a choice of silicone carbide, aluminium oxide or diamond abrasive.
The unique characteristics of HTA nylon brushes mean that filaments:
* Do not melt and stick to surfaces such as stainless steel
* Do not damage surfaces when used for deburring or grinding
* Are durable and long lasting
