A9500N is one of the smallest NB-IoT modules in LCC castellation packaging with the compact size of 24.0 × 26.0 × 2.3mm, ultra low power consumption and extended temperature range. Designed for use in NB-IoT network, A9500N enables connect to the Internet at DL and UL data speed up to 200kbps. In the area where NB-IoT service are not available, A9500N still enables reliable and secure data connect over EGPRS network. To save space on the application platform, A9500N comes as an extremely slim and compact module. This makes it ideally suited for a broad range of mobile computing devices, and particularly offers easy integration with AMI, Security, Intelligent Buildings and other M2M application.
