今日的司法新村歷經五十年的變遷，隨著臺南監獄、臺南看守所、高等法院臺南分院及高檢署及內部居民之搬遷，以及鄰近街道興起、附近高樓大廈林立，多數空屋早已被攀藤植物與榕樹氣根吞噬屋角與紅磚牆面，呈現深具歷史痕跡的時代變遷。為賦予老舊宿舍新生命，並連結本市文化創意產業及老屋再利用之風潮，保存空間記憶、活化城市空間，整合地主國有財產署以及地上權所有者南監及院檢等意見，保留所有日式宿舍，予以修復轉型活化；未來將搭配「藍晒圖裝置藝術」，並融合原有之老樹、紅磚、綠蔭、新創與藝術等特質，以及隨處可見新舊交融的文化軌跡，兼顧創意開發與扶植方式經營，在眾多優質文創品牌業者與創意人才的進駐後，將使「藍晒圖文創園區」成為臺南市最重要的文創聚落。

The Blueprint Culture and Creative Park

The Blueprint Culture and Creative Park is a multi-purpose park in South District, Tainan, Taiwan. The park was opened in December 2015. It was built from old abandoned houses which have been restored with blueprint architectural style. The skyscrapers nearby, this place is covered by those plants. These make the place looks older and ancient. To make this place alive again, they combine with the idea of newly life. They preserved all the Japanese building and create the blueprint art pieces. They put old tree, red brick, green leaves, newly creation and art all together and so you can see the combination of new and old cultural trajectory. When there are many high-quality cultural and creative industry, this place has become an important area for culture creative industry.
