It is a shopping area in West Dist., Taichung City and JingGuo Parkway. There are some spots nearby, National museum of Natural Science, National Taiwan Museum of Fine Art, The Splendor Hotel Taichung, Hotel National and The Landis Taichung. It is designed and constructed by Chen Rui-xian and Kuo, Hsu-yuan. The indoor vertical stretched from second floor to third floor, about 20 meters high. The total plants are about 13200, and the outdoor vertical wall has 118300 plants. It was the biggest vertical wall in Asia then.
