GRC have completely modified Sludge Batching Mixing Solidification Plant in Taoyuan ,Taiwan .This exited equipment can’t smoothly process sludge solidification before not yet modified . GRS has designed & developed based on that exited equipment , and successfully modified that full production line .
怡興公司已經在桃園完全修改污泥配料混合固化廠。這個既有設備在未修改前, 無法順利處理污泥固化。怡興公司從既有設備上設計和研發，而成功修改的全套生產線設備。
For the new processing equipment , two sludge materials ( Inorganic sludge ) , cement , additives by weighing under presetting recipe , and step by step are charged into mixer to mix together . The middle material ( after mixed ) will be waiting for granulation . Two granulating machine are equipped to granulate in the granulation processing . The final product is conveying by belt conveyors to stock yard for open air curing . The plant production capacity will be 50 ~60 tons/hr. These final products can be reused in cement , red brick , Gardening soil , Road base backfill etc. .
對於新的流程設備安排而安裝兩台污泥材料（無機污泥）、水泥、添加劑 ，通過預置的配方執行計量，並按順序逐步放料入拌和機，所有材料一起攪拌。中間材料（混合後）將等待造粒。兩造粒機都配備在造粒程序過程來造粒。最終的產品由皮帶輸送機輸送到儲存區而露天養生。該工廠的生產能力為50〜60噸/小時。這些最終產品可以在再應用於水泥廠原料，紅磚原料，園藝土壤原料，道路基礎回填料等。
